Acceptable Stay with a Notable Issue
poor cleaning secondhand furniture
The staff did everything to make me comfortable.
The cleaning in the hotel did not meet my standards. The rooms were furnished with a strange selection of secondhand furniture and the bed was small.

helpful staff welcome drinks
The staff marked points of interest on a map! it helped with navigating the area. welcome drinks upon arrival felt very thoughtful. I really enjoyed that touch.
the room furniture felt a bit low budget, i think there could be better options.

my suite included free apples, kiwi, and coffee. the living room had a magnificent view of the city, it was wonderful. the bedroom was on the second floor, it had a nice bathroom.

the hotel is a short walk from public elevators, a convenient feature. the location allows easy access to attractions. it gives opportunities to explore alfama, and also provides access to baixa and chiado.

The breakfast had great choices. I found freshly baked cakes, salmon, and eggs. unlimited delicious espressos are available, which i enjoyed. the restaurant provides excellent food and an extraordinary view.

easy access much variety spacious room water pressure
The location provided easy access to attractions. The breakfast offered much variety each day. I found the room spacious and clean. The shower worked very well , giving excellent water pressure.
I noticed minor wear in some furniture.

rio and francois were so kind! they always helped carry bags and gave recommendations. the location was central and had nice views from the hotel. the staff was friendly and cute.
the hotel cleaning didn't meet my standards. the rooms included a strange selection of secondhand furniture and the bed was small. bathrooms were recently renovated but some solutions were strange.

welcome drink roof terrace perfect location
The staff provided a map. They marked points of interest. A welcome drink was offered after my journey. The location was perfect for exploring. The roof terrace restaurant displayed fantastic views.
The room was a little rough around the edges. Its design did not feel very thoughtful. The shower control pipe was visible in the wall. The room was clean.

loose pipe weird policy
i was initially impressed by the hotels location. however, the room was somewhat disappointing. the bathroom plumbing seemed hastily installed with a shower control pipe loose. also, the hotel asked that you leave your keys with the front desk when you're out, like a hostel. it felt weird.
